Abuse Reporting Policy
What behavior is prohibited, how to report abuse with minimal personal data, and how Oculve acts on credible reports.
Last updated: June 2026
1. Purpose
This page explains how we receive, assess, and act on abuse complaints related to Oculve accounts, network access, or support channels.
2. Prohibited conduct
Accounts may not be used for activity that breaks applicable law or materially harms people, systems, or rights holders.
- Malware delivery, botnet traffic, credential attacks, or unauthorized access attempts
- Spam, phishing, fraud, impersonation, or payment abuse
- Harassment, violent threats, or deliberate disruption of third-party systems
- Copyright or intellectual-property abuse reported with sufficient detail
3. Minimum-data reporting
Abuse reports are most useful when they include the minimum technical detail needed to verify the complaint, such as timestamp, affected system or URL, a short description, and supporting evidence.
You may report under your own name, a pseudonym, or anonymously if the evidence is still actionable. Please redact unrelated personal data before sending materials to [email protected].
4. Review and enforcement
We assess specificity, credibility, urgency, and operational risk before acting.
Because we do not maintain browsing or connection histories as a customer archive, enforcement decisions may rely on current technical evidence, payment or support records, device state, and service-integrity signals rather than retrospective activity dossiers.
Where necessary, we may limit features, suspend access, or terminate accounts to protect the service and other people.
5. Emergency and legal process
If you believe there is an immediate threat to life, safety, or critical systems, contact the relevant emergency or law-enforcement authority first and then notify us with any available reference.
